Selected subcategory to root - off, Single root as menuitem - on

The selected menuitems will have the same structure, as they have defaultly. So it's the same, as you would only choose Health.

Selected subcategory to root - off or on, Single root as menuitem - off

The selected menuitems won't be in the menu. The "Alternative" menupoint is only there, because the "Health" is selected, and all submenuitems are there. The submenuitems will get to the first level, and after that the sub-sub, and sub-sub-etc. menuitems will follow the original structure.

Display submenu count

Your menuitems will display the number of subcategories they have. It is the real number of categories, so if you would use the "Selected subcategory to root" option, and you wouldn't have your subcategory under your menupoint, it would still have the same amount of categories. So it doesn't count inside our menu, but it's the count Mosets Tree returns.

Itemid

Not used if empty. If you specify, every url in the menu will contain the provided Itemid value. To make your other menus active too on these pages, you need to specify this. You can find a documentation about it in here.

Menu icons

With this option you can show your category's image inside your menu as an icon next to the title, or replacing the title.
